Red Snapper strengthened their long-standing relationship with GSK with the recent refresh of the GumSmart micro-site. The site was conceived in collaboration with leading dental professionals and provides information and advice about gum disease and the Corsodyl brand.
Corsodyl is a specially formulated medicated mouthwash that can be used as an aid to help treat and prevent gum disease. 14.2 million people suffer from bleeding gums in the UK. However, only 30% of sufferers are concerned about the impact on their oral health.
The Challenge
The existing GumSmart micro-site was full of useful information and advice but was not aligned with their current consumer campaign. GSK wanted to build upon their off-line promotional activities with a fresh and attractive new look for the site.
Our Solution
Red Snapper successfully translated the Corsodyl brand online by creating a contemporary site that reinforces the press release activities through similar use of copy and imagery.
The overall feel is clean and modern with subtle animations being used throughout to provide a visually rewarding user experience. The site is a success because it manages to convey a wealth of useful information in a dynamic but user-friendly manner.
